INGREDIENTS
2 cups makhana (fox nuts/lotus seeds)
1/4 teaspoon turmeric/haldi powder
salt as requird
2 teaspoon ghee/clarified butter or oil
Chat masala/redchilli powder (optional)
DIRECTIONS
Heat ghee/oil in a kadai/pan.
Add makhana.
Roast on alow flame till they turn into crunchy.(5-7 minutes)
Add all the spice powders and salt.( Makhana has neutral taste,you can add spices as per your kids choices.i prefer only turmeric and salt for my munchkin.)
turn off the stove fire.
Stir the whole mixture well.
serve directly or store in air tight container.
